Setup Charge: 1 color front only $25(v), 1/1 up to 4cp/4cp $50 (v). Repeat Setup Charge: 50% of the original setup charge

Est. Shipping Weight(s): 5 lbs./M for .010; 7 lbs./M for .015

Ad Copy Area: 1-7/8" x 3-1/8"

For Bleeds supply artwork at: 2-3/8" x 3-5/8"

Overage/Underage: 5% overage/underage due to production processes and will be invoiced accordingly

Delivery: 10 working days from proof approval

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

Additional options may add 2-3 days to production

Programming Charge:  $50 (v) for personalization and barcode/Numbering (unless number is consecutive)
