Plates or Screens: $40 (v) per color per side unless otherwise noted in product description.
For 4cp front/1 color back $80 (v). For 4cp front/4cp back $160 (v). Reorder set-ups are 1⁄2 of original set-up charge.
PMS Ink Matches: BUDGETCARD offers 27 standard PMS colors at no additional charge (see below). Any standard PMS color is available. PMS match on white stock is $30 (v).
Due to additional time required, a PMS match on a colored stock is $120 (v). Budgetcard will make every effort to match the PMS color requested,
however we do not guarantee an exact PMS match. Ink matches can vary by one shade +/-.

Ruler Scales: Customer agrees to a 1/32 tolerance on ruler scales. These are not precision instruments, and should be used accordingly.
Inches and cm’s on front are standard. Architectural and Engineering scales available at no additional charges, but must be noted on order. (see page 23)
Calendar Holidays: Federal Holidays and Sundays will be indicated unless your specific holiday requirements are listed on the order.
Over-runs and Under-runs: Due to standard printing requirements, we reserve the right to ship 5% over or under the quantity requested on screenprinted jobs and 10% on offset jobs.
This is billed pro-rata and considered as fulfillment of the order.
Exact Quantity or No over-run requests: We will ship exact quantity for a surcharge of 5% of the order on screen-printed jobs and 10% on offset jobs.
You may request “no overs, unders acceptable” for a surcharge of 3% on all jobs.
Less than minimum: Available. Contact factory for pricing.
Rights to Promotion: Unless otherwise notified in writing at the time of the order,
BUDGETCARD reserves the right to use any items it produces in displays, promotional and collateral material.
Contractual Precedence: Terms and Conditions as printed on our standard quotations or order acknowledgements will apply
to the manufacturing of all products and will take precedence over terms and conditions in Customer’s purchase orders.
PLEASE REVIEW ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS FOR CORRECT QUANTITY, SIZE, THICKNESS, COLOR, SHIP DATES, ETC.
Shipping: Standard production times are marked next to each product as well as rush production options. Production time begins after a signed proof has been received via fax.
Production time does not include the day of approval. All orders are shipped from our plant in Massachusetts via UPS ground unless otherwise specified on your purchase order. Please make sure that the shipping method on your order acknowledgement and your ship date match your date required to have the product in hand. Any changes to the purchase order regarding ship to address or shipping method MUST be submitted in writing via fax. Shipments become the property of our customer upon our delivery to the carrier. Any claims for lost or damaged shipments must be filed with the shipping carrier by the customer.
Drop Shipments: Available @ $10 (v) per location.
Terms of Payment: Net 30 days from date of invoice. It is required that first time customers make a 50% deposit on their first order in order to establish an account.
All future orders (assuming timely payment) would be Net 30 days. Credit terms available upon request.
Indemnification: Any copyrighted material, patented information, trademarks, or intellectual property supplied to BUDGETCARD for purposes of reproduction shall be assumed to have proper authorization to be produced. Purchaser/customer shall indemnify BUDGETCARD, from any and all expenses, loss or damage on account of any claims or actions pertaining to supplied or requested artwork.
Personalization/Numbering: See Pricing in catalog.
Self Personalization: If you are planning on printing our cards with a thermal printer, embossing, encoding on a magnetic stripe, typing on a panel, etc., contact factory prior to production so that the appropriate materials may be used.
Gang Run Pricing: Contact Factory. We usually give total quantity pricing plus copy changes.
Union Label: Not Available. Made in USA logo available upon request.
Samples: No charge.
Returns: Claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods. A written factory authorization number must accompany the return of shipment.
Special Packaging: Available, contact factory for pricing.
In-between quantity pricing: Billed at the preceding quantity price.

Proofs: Required on every order. No charge for the first proof via fax or e-mail. Pre-production proofs may be required on barcoded or certain
4 color process jobs. A signed proof is legal binding acceptance of copy as is. All proofs should be signed, dated and returned via fax.
Production time does not start until a proof has been returned. Pre-Production Proofs are $20 (v) per color, per side on spot colors & $80 (v) for 4 color process.
Print Method: We produce your jobs by either offset printing or screen printing.
We reserve the right to determine the appropriate method without notification to the customer.
Color Swatch Match: On white stock $80 (v), on colored stock $125 (v).
Pre-production Proofs: Available upon request: 4CP/1 $80 (v) 4CP/4CP $120 (v) - Screenprinted: $30 (v) per color, per side.
Delivery: Standard production times are marked on each product. If 24 hour delivery or rush is available on that product,
it is noted next to the product pricing. Critical in-hands dates must be noted on the purchase order.
Artwork: Pricing is based on the receipt of artwork as electronic files (see page 23 for specifications. Artwork specifications can also be faxed or emailed
and can be accessed at www.budgetcard.com. Artwork submitted in other formats will require additional time and may be subject to additional charges.
Certain artwork submitted may require additional touch-ups. If the cost exceeds $50 (v), you will be notified with an artwork quotation prior to proceeding
or given the opportunity to resubmit your artwork. You will not be notified if the charge is less than or equal to $50 (v).
Artwork is billed at the rate of $50 (v) per hour.
Copy Changes: $30 (v) per color per change.
The minimum catalog quantity is required for each change. For copy changes less than the minimum catalog quantity, please contact factory.
Pricing: Subject to Change without notice.
Colored Stock: BUDGETCARD does carry colored stock for many of its products as noted in the catalog. That does not mean that all colors are available in all quantities at all times,
occasionally additional production time is required in order to receive the required stock from our suppliers. We can however full bleed the stock to a color of your choice at the price of an additional color.
For metallic stock add: .04 (p). Call for pricing on fluorescent or clear stock.
